    My family of 10 is heading to Saratoga Springs for a 10 day stay. We wanted to stay together in a room but unfortunately we couldn't afford the three bedroom, we split into a two bedroom and a studio. Any chance we could get a free upgrade at check-in?

    Your family is going to LOVE staying at Disney's Saratoga Springs Resort and Spa!  This Disney Resort is incredible!



    While I cannot guarantee any upgrade, I would definitely recommend asking a Cast Member at check-in if there would be a possibility for a free upgrade.  My feeling in asking for an upgrade is that the answer COULD be YES!  I always tell my kids to never be afraid to ask...the question COULD work in your favor!



    I will tell you I have known several families who have received upgrades just by asking a Cast Member.  I sure hope you receive a MAGICAL surprise when YOU ask!
