I'm sorry to hear you're experiencing some difficulty managing everyone's profiles in My Disney Experience. This handy Disney vacation planning tool can be super helpful, but little glitches are anything but magical. If you and your youngest son are connected on Family & Friends on My Disney Experience, you can still make plans for him, but unfortunately,
if your mother created the profile for him, she's the only person who can manage his profile and settings. The only way to change who manages your son's profile is to
call the My Disney Experience line. A friendly Cast Member there will be happy to assist you! Be sure to have all your son's My Disney Experience profile information on hand, as well as your mother's.
If your oldest child is at least 13-years old and they don't already have a My Disney Experience account, they may create one. Just be sure that you're
connected through Family & Friends so that you can make and share plans together!
