Hi Kim! If your heart is truly set on Mickey's Backyard BBQ, my suggestion is to be persistent and check often. I've answered questions for Guests who have been able to book last minute reservations at highly coveted Disney Dining locations. Persistence does pay off! Cancellations do happen from time to time. So again, try checking both online, or by calling (407) WDW-DINE. If all else fails, you can always show up at the location to see if you can snag a reservation from a last minute cancellation. However, be prepared to walk away if that doesn't happen. You can also consider booking a different date or going to a different restaurant. If your heart is truly set on Mickey's Backyard BBQ, my suggestion is to be persistent and check often.
