Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Kandi!
Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party is the ultimate in festive family fun and is one of my all-time favorite seasonal events, so I'm happy to be helping you.
I think adding the Holiday Wishes Fireworks Dessert Party is a fantastic way to maximize your time at Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party, here's why:
• For great views of this holiday spectacular guests need to arrive near the castle hub area at least an hour or so before showtime. Guests of the dessert parties are also advised to arrive at Tomorrowland Terrace an hour prior to showtime. The difference is instead of just standing around the castle waiting, you're seated in a beautifully decorated venue while enjoying some amazing treats, mingling with other party guests, and guaranteed at wonderful view of this special fireworks display without being in the large crowds that gather in the hub.
• With a strategic plan, you will not miss out on the holiday activities available exclusively during Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party......but, you may have to sacrifice some of your favorite attractions for the holiday events and the dessert party. It is near impossible to do it all! If your priorities for the party are geared more toward the holiday shows, Mickey's Once Upon a Christmastime Parade, and Holiday Wishes Fireworks, definitely enjoy the dessert party as part of your experience. If your family prefers riding their favorite attractions or finding their favorite characters decked out in holiday attire, the dessert party might take out a big chunk of time.
I hope this helps, Kandi! Please let know if you should have any additional last-minute questions, your magical vacation is almost here!
Wishing you magical merriment!
