My family and I are heading to Disney during the week of October 17th, I just ordered our tickets online, YAY! However we will not be staying on the resort. Am I able to take advantage of the Fast Pass benefit? I should receive my tix in a week via mail.

Hi, Rasheeda! Wow, your trip is right around the corner! We need to get right to it and get you set up for an unforgettable Disney vacation.

The FastPass+ system is open to any Guest during their Walt Disney World Resort vacation. The only requirement is that you hold a current theme park ticket. That's it! The big difference comes as a benefit to Guests staying at a Resort hotel, giving them the ability to complete their FastPass+ selections up to 60 days in advance of their check-in date. As a Guest staying outside of the Walt Disney World Resort, your ability to make FastPass+ selections begins 30 days in advance of each day you plan to visit a park. Since October 17 is less than 30 days away, you are welcome to hop right online and choose your must-do FastPass+ attractions, shows, or other entertainment. Just make sure first that you have all your Family & Friends lined up in your My Disney Experience account and have matched your purchased tickets to their profile using the confirmation number you were given when you purchased the tickets. You should be all set!

Drop me a line if you have any problems setting this up or making your FastPass+ selections. I hope you have a magical day, Rasheeda!
