    My family and I are headed to WDW in May( Staying in a rental home) and I have just made reservations for breakfast at Tuskers at 8:05am. I read on a few boards that you can't park at Animal Kingdom before almost opening. Is this true? Suggestions if so

    You'll be fine parking at the Animal Kingdom, however the lot does not open until 7:30 a.m. The lot used to open much closer to opening time but the 7:30 a.m. time seems to be consistent now.

    In January, we drove up at 7:20 a.m. for an early morning tour (Wild Africa Trek) and there were cones blockading the entrance. A Cast Member told us that the lot would open at 7:30 a.m. Sure enough, right on schedule we were able to drive in, park and were at the gate well before 8:00 a.m.

    When you arrive for your breakfast reservation, proceed through Security and then veer to the turnstiles to the far right. There, you will find a line for the Tusker House breakfast. A Cast Member will let you in after checking your name on a list. You will need park admission. Then you'll walk back to Tusker House located in Harambe, Africa. It's about a fast seven minute walk. Don't worry about hurrying. Once you are in Harambe, the restaurant is on your left. You will check in at an outdoor podium located near the Dawa Bar.
