My family is headed to Fort Wilderness this summer! My mom made the reservation under her account. Can I link that reservation to my account? We want to still be able to buy our park entrance tickets separately though

Hey Karissa, and welcome to planDisney!

You are going to love every minute of your stay at Disney's Fort Wilderness Resort this summer! I have often said that I am a fan and love everything it offers.

The hard part is out of the way now that your reservation is in place, and the only thing left is to plan! Yes, you and your mom can be linked within your individual My Disney Experience accounts; just be sure to add each other to your Family & Friends list. You can most definitely purchase your theme parks tickets separate from your mother. Once you purchase your theme park tickets, open your My Disney Experience app to link your tickets. Under “Tickets and Passes,” select “Link Tickets & Passes,” include the available ID code on the tickets and assign them to the guests in your party. Also, while you are at it, maybe consider adding one of the discounted MagicBands available to resort guests. Adding a MagicBand allows you to keep your theme park tickets, your “room key” and the ability to charge purchases housed on one device.

Please return should you have additional questions prior to your arrival.

Have a magical Walt Disney World Resort vacation!
