My family and I are headed to Disneyland in 2 weeks. I am currently expecting baby #3. No one will know the gender (will be sealed in an envelope) , and we want to do a surprise reveal at DL. Do you know if this is possible, and ways to carry this out?

    Congratulations Julie!
What a wonderful idea to announce your baby's gender at the Happiest Place on Earth!
While there is a dedicated team that helps coordinate Disney Weddings, celebrations that don't require the same amount of detail and logistical planning can be planned by the guest-- and here are a few suggestions for a gender reveal:
*Mickey Balloons. Gather by the wishing well, near Sleeping Beauty's Castle and unseal the envelope. Upon finding out the gender, someone in your party can hand you a bunch of pink or blue balloons for a Magical photo opportunity!
*A baby reveal sketch. Let the sketch artists at Disneyland Park help you create a special and unique baby reveal (which can later decorate the nursery). You can request the artist's help in advance by calling (714) 991-1527. They will need to know the gender in order to sketch your favorite Disney character in either a sweet pink bow with polka dots or a darling baby blue bow tie! I'm sure it will be an adorable sketch!
*Mickey Ears. Stop by the Mad Hatter on Main Street U.S.A. and buy Mickey Ears engraved with either "Baby Girl" or "Baby Boy" (the Cast Member will need to see the envelope). You can then gather in front of "it's a small world" which is the perfect location, given its pastel-colored exterior. Pull the Mickey Ears out of the bag to find out your baby's gender!
*Celebration Cake. Call the Disney Dining line at (714) 781-DINE to request a celebration cake with either pink or blue bread/filling. Make a reservation at your favorite Disneyland Resort and a Cast Member will deliver your pre-ordered cake which will reveal the sweet news!
Whatever you decide to do, just make sure to have a Disney PhotoPass Photographer there to capture it all!
I promise it will be Magical!
