    Hello! My family is headed to Disney in mid-November, and I'd love to do the Fireworks Dessert Party. It's booked, so I'm wondering - are there any other options for special fireworks viewing? Thanks!

    Hi Lisa!  The Tomorrowland Terrace Fireworks Dessert Party is one of my favourite things at Walt Disney World - and apparently I'm not alone in that love!  I have to say, don't give up on getting a reservation - often times, people will cancel and their spots will pop back into the system.  Check every day, several times if you think of it.  You never know when you might be lucky!

    There aren't really any other experiences like the Fireworks Dessert Party, however, I recently experienced the Wishes Fireworks Cruise and it was purely magical!  These are private boats which hold up to 10 guests, and light refreshments and snacks are included.  They depart from the marina at Disney's Contemporary Resort and you will get a tour of the Seven Seas Lagoon and a prime spot for viewing Wishes.  The boats even have the accompanying music to make it the perfect venue for viewing the fireworks at Magic Kingdom.    Epcot also has a similar experience for viewing Illuminations: Reflections of Earth.  Their boat will take you to a prime spot on the World Showcase Lagoon.

    Both of these Specialty Fireworks cruises can and should be booked in advance by calling 407-939-7529.
