Bon Appetit, Tracy! It looks like you have great taste in Disney pastries! The French Toast Loaf was beloved by many, but I can tell you I haven’t seen it in some years. While it was true that Starbucks moved into the
Main Street Bakery, the loaf is sadly no more. For what it’s worth, while I was searching around, I found some killer copycat recipes online, so if you try your hand at a homemade version, be sure to send me some in the mail!
If you’re longing for that French Toast taste, I have two ideas for your to satisfy your cravings. The next time you find yourself in Magic Kingdom Park, make your way to
Gaston’s Tavern. They offer a cinnamon roll that’ll knock your socks right off, and if you can remember, ask for extra icing drizzles; you won’t regret it! Secondly, make a
breakfast reservation Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort’s Kona Cafe, which serves Tonga Toast. The decadent plate is made up of banana-stuffed French Toast rolled in Cinnamon-Sugar…. and now my mouth is watering for a piece!
If I can help with any more foodie advice, Tracy, please let me know. I love trying new foods all around the Resort! ~Lindsey P.
