Hi, Maxine!
It sounds like you have a wonderful family vacation planned! Disney’s Grand Californian Hotel & Spa is my favorite resort property and we stay there often. Stepping into the luxuriously grand but warm and inviting lobby always feels like coming home.
As you mentioned, your three-bedroom suite will include a wet bar. In my opinion, it will be suitable for preparing only very simple continental breakfasts, such as fresh fruit, cold cereal, pastries and coffee. You’ll have a small refrigerator to store perishables like milk and juice, but there won’t be a full kitchen for preparing hot items. If eating breakfast before hitting the theme parks is important, you may want to consider upgrading your suite to Club Level. That way you’d all be entitled to the various amenities offered in the hotel’s exclusive lounge, such as a continental breakfast bar, sodas and snacks throughout the day, an evening wine and cheese reception, after-dinner desserts and other extras.
You can visit Disneyland.com for more
accommodation details and to view photos of the Artisan Suites to get a feel for the layout. I hope this information is helpful, Maxine, and that your family enjoys a perfectly pixie-dusted visit to the Disneyland Resort! Please visit me again with any other questions you may have.
Wishing you magic,
Courtney
