My family and I (a group of 8) are So Cal residents. We each purchased 2 day 1 park tickets (DL and DCA) We have not used our tickets yet. We would like to upgrade our 2 day 1 park tickets to the 3 day 1 park California Resident ticket. How can I do that?

Howdy, Miriam! Thanks for bringing your question to planDisney!

I'm so glad you and your family plan to visit the Disneyland Resort soon! You may upgrade your two-day tickets to the promotional California Resident Ticket Offer only if the amount you already paid for your tickets is less than the amount you would pay for the California Resident Ticket Offer. In doing the quick math with your two-day one park per day tickets, I believe you may be eligible to upgrade your tickets. To do this, you would need to visit a ticket booth at the parks and pay the difference between the two ticket types.

Keep in mind that theme park reservations are required every day that you visit. And with your newly upgraded California Resident Ticket, you do not need to visit on consecutive days. It's always a good idea to check the theme park reservation availability calendar before making any plans. Also, remember that proof of residency is required to purchase/upgrade your tickets and to redeem the California Resident Ticket at the gate.

I hope this helps. Have a delightful time at the Happiest Place on Earth!
