Where can my family get good apple pie at WDW? It's our favorite and we'll be staying at the Yacht Club this May 2013.Thanks!

    Hi Diane,
Unfortunately, pie (of any type) isn't on many menus at Walt Disney World. However, here are some suggestions:

The Whispering Canyon Cafe at the Wilderness Lodge offers a delicious caramel apple pie.

Since you're staying at the Yacht Club, the Apple-Cranberry Pie at Beaches and Cream is an option, however I wouldn't rate it as one of the best pie choices. It's not even served warm!

There's freshly made pie at The Fountain Cafe in the nearby WDW Swan and Dolphin resort. It's served at the bottom of a sundae, however I bet you could ask for just a slice!

While not actually a pie, there are two counter-service options that I should mention. At Liberty Inn in Epcot, you'll find an apple tart that gets rave reviews. And in the Magic Kingdom, Columbia Harbour House offers an apple crisp that is very popular.

The apple cobbler at Trail's End Restaurant at Fort Wilderness is delightfully warm and delicious. There's even ice cream to top it off!

    Enjoy a wonderful vacation!
