My family and I are gong to dw in two months and purchased the regular dining plan. Can we downgrade to the quick service plan instead? We are traveling with a1yr old and quick service would be easier. We have already paid for the trip.

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Sara! I loved visiting Walt Disney World Resort when my kids were that little. They adored the character lunches that came right before nap time, and in our case, I agree with you. Quick Service dinners were very easy to get in and out in order to enjoy more fun! As my kids became older and grew into preschoolers, it was easier to have sit down dinners both with characters and family style. NO matter the age of my family, even the littlest members were in awe of the Hoop Dee Doo Musical Revue when we attended. I have photos of my infant, rapt with attention during the songs!

If you are set on changing over to the Quick Service Dining Plan, you’ll have to cancel and rebook your package, but you can do so on the same phone call. Simply call your travel agent or a Disney Cast Member at (407) 939-5277 and request to make changes. Be sure to ask if availability is open before you cancel - I don’t want you to lose any entitlements or reservations when you switch.

If you have more questions about your magical vacation, please return to the panel, and we’ll see ya’ real soon! ~ Lindsey P.
