    A family friend used her military ID to purchase us tickets due to us taking her son with us. Her son has a military ID so is that enough to get into the park with

    Unfortunately, a minor’s military ID is not sufficient to use a Military Ticket. That is because the Eligible Service Member or their spouse must accompany any Disneyland Resort Guests using this ticket type. So, my suggestion is that she should purchase a different ticket type for her son to use. And you should purchase a different ticket type as well.

    If all of you are Southern California residents, the SoCal Resident Ticket offer is an option. These tickets may be used on 3 nonconsecutive days and are valid through May 25, 2023. As a reminder, the SoCal Resident Ticket requires proof of Southern California residency. So don’t forget to bring a government-issued ID that reflects eligible residency within ZIP codes 90000-93599.
