My family and I are going on free dining in September. My husband and I have recently lost a lot of weight and I was wondering if we could share entrees at a la carte table service restaurants, such as 50's Prime Time , using only 1 TS credit instead of 2

    Hi Stephanie!

That is a great question!  To be honest, I have had Disney Dining restaurants that honored this request for my family, and other restaurants that did not.  I just spoke with a Cast Member who said it is up to the discretion of each Disney restaurant to allow guests to share a meal on the Disney Dining Plan.  As you stated in your question, this would only apply to an a la carte meal.  Disney Dining restaurants that serve buffet style meals would not allow guests to share a Table Service credit.

I will tell you my wife and I were allowed to share a meal at 50's Prime Time Cafe, and we were on the Disney Dining Plan.  My advice is to ask a Cast Member when you arrive at each restaurant.

I hope this helps in your planning!  If you have other questions, please let me know!

    Have a MAGICAL day!
