Family of four staying at AOA-LM, kids are 4 and 2. DS2 will not sleep in pack n play, and we can't give him a bed to himself. Is it possible to get a cot and use the mattress only or can we rent a toddler bed from an outside company? Thanks!

    Hi there Jennifer,

As a mom who has traveled extensively with a toddler, I am excited to help you solve this dilemma!  You can request a rollaway bed from the front desk upon arrival, but availability is not guaranteed.  If there is one available, you can certainly remove the mattress from the frame and ask housekeeping to remove the frame from your room!

Another option is to request bed rails.  The resort will provide them free of charge upon request.  If the two children will share a bed, this could be a great way to ensure no one falls out in the night!

The third option would be to rent a bed from an off site company such as A Baby's Best Friend.  They will deliver the bed and fully assemble it for your convenience!  The rental will even include linens!  This may be the most comfortable and convenient option!

Hope this helps and please feel free to stop back by with any additional questions!

    Best Wishes,

    Amanda F.
