my family of four is planning to go to WDW but on a budget. We are also restricted by school. We get out end of may and go back end of august. We want to know the best time to go to encounter the least amount of crowds and not horrible weather. When?

I would suggest going as soon as your kids get out of school for summer vacation. Many schools in the Northeast at least, go until early June. Other schools go until the end of June.

I think you would get ahead of the crowds by going late May/early June. While the weather would be hot and humid with some thunderstorms here and there, you would find it much more crowded in August with a greater chance of stormy weather due to hurricane season.

    Happy planning!
