I have had a similar issue in the past, but thankfully all was well. It sounds like everything is in place as it relates to your theme park tickets, but have you tried accessing your
My Disney Experience account from the website? Perhaps, you may be able to make any required changes from that angle. Once you log into "My Disney Experience" under "My Plans" click "Tickets". When you arrive at "Tickets", you will be able to see your linked theme park tickets and the list of who has tickets assigned.
If that doesn't work, definitely call (407) 939-4357 to get direct assistance with making any changes in My Disney Experience.
