Our family of four is interested in booking a vacation for 5 days the first week in June. Do we have enough time to plan the details? Also we have never taken a family vacation that far from home and we are feeling gulity about the cost during these time

    Hi Nell!

You've picked the perfect place to take your vacation!  I think you have plenty of time to plan your June trip.  You will want to get started with making any dining reservations you might want.  You can do this by calling (407) WDW-DINE or by browsing the Walt Disney World dining reservations website.  I prefer doing it online so I can see everything that is available.  To book a vacation package, you can call (407)W--DISNEY.

You can take a look at the Disney World calendar to see the park hours for the week you will be here and plan which days you would like to visit each park.  You can filter at the top for your specific days.

I understand what you mean about feeling guilty.  It is a tough economy right now.  My family is making cutbacks wherever we can, but we still like to take breaks to have fun.  If you have the financial stability to reward your family with a vacation, then I say do it!  Work hard, play hard and there's no better place to play than at Walt Disney World.

If you have any additional planning questions, please stop back by so we can assist you further.

    Have a magical day!
