My family of four is going to Disney in May. My children are 11 and 9. We are booked at the AOA as we stayed there 4 years ago and had a wonderful time. I am interested in checking another hotel. Looking for recommendations.

Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Alissa!

I am thrilled to hear you’ll be visiting Walt Disney World Resort during our Spring Festivities where many adventures await your arrival.

The best part of any Disney Vacation, is that it’s different and our selection of Disney Resort hotels help contribute to that experience with their unique theming, such as Disney’s Wilderness Lodge – set in the majestic American Great Northwest, Disney’s Animal Kingdom Lodge – places you in the heart of an active African savanna and Disney’s Beach Club – a New England styled resort with the spectacular 3-acre water wonder, Stormalong Bay pool, to name a few which are loved by my older children.

Whatever your choice, Alissa, you won’t be disappointed. I hope you build a pre-paid, inclusive Magic Your Way Vacation Package offering a Disney Resort hotel, Theme Park Tickets and the option to add one of our Disney Dining Plans – it’s truly the ultimate way to vacation at Walt Disney World Resort.

May I offer Disney’s Planning for Older Kids resource? It contains suggestions for suitable Disney Resort hotels, attractions, experiences, it offers tips and advice for creating Best Day Ever experiences and much more!

We hope this information sets you off to a good start, Alissa and invite you to consult us again in the near future.
