Our family of four adults and two young children will be staying at the Disneyland Hotel from June 3 to 7 and would like to know if there are casual restaurants for breakfast without requiring reservations at the hotel? Thanks.

Hey Gary! Thanks so much for stopping by planDisney to ask us this great question.

I'm so excited for you to stay at the Disneyland Hotel. This is my personal favorite Disneyland Resort Hotel. I just absolutely love all of the photos and artifacts throughout the tower lobbies that let us see and learn about Disneyland through the years. The headboards are also something I look forward to when I step into the room each time.

Breakfast is an important part of the day, especially during a Disneyland visit. You do have some options for a quick breakfast. Your first option would be The Coffee House, which is located next to Goofy's Kitchen. Here you will find grab-and-go items like pastries, fruit, cereal, yogurt, and of course coffee and drinks. The other option would be Tangaroa Terrace Tropical Bar & Grill. This also has a lot of the same grab-and-go options, as well as a menu of hot breakfast items.

You can check out the menus for both of these locations ahead of time in the Disneyland app. Do you know what is even better? Both of these locations, like many other quick-service locations throughout Disneyland Resort have mobile ordering. This means once you are up and getting the family ready, you can place your mobile order and hopefully time it so that it's ready to pick up when you are ready to head down and hit the parks. As a Guest of one of Disneyland Resort Hotels, you also have the option to mobile order from participating restaurants in Downtown Disney District. You will see QR code signs around the resort to scan, order your food, and then choose to pick it up or have it delivered to the hotel. I think this is such a great option for lunch if you are taking an afternoon break for nap time or want time to recharge.

Gary, thanks again for stopping by with your question. The countdown is on for your trip to The Happiest Place on Earth! See you real soon!
