Disney's Magical Express

    My family is flying in to the Orlando airport on Frontier Airlines & we were going to take the Disney Mag. Express to AOA. Will Disney bring our bags to the hotel for us or do we have to pick them up at baggage claim before going on the magical express

    Hey, Jamie! Disney's Magical Express is such a wonderful service for Disney Resort Hotel guests. My daughters look forward to the time we climb aboard that motorcoach and the videos begin because they know that is the exact moment their magical adventure begins!

    Have you reserved your spot on the motorcoach yet? If not, be sure to call Disney Resort Hotel reservations and make sure your flight information is added to your reservation. Shortly before your trip begins, you will receive in the mail more information concerning your arrival at the airport and how to find the Disney's Magical Express Welcome Center. You should also find yellow luggage tags in the envelope for each member of your travel party. You will want to attach a yellow luggage tag to each piece of luggage that you check at your home airport. Once those pieces of luggage reach Orlando International Airport, they will be separated from other non-magical luggage and sent on their way to your Disney Resort Hotel. In my experience, these bags usually automagically appear in our resort room around four hours after we land at the airport.

    Jamie, if you do not receive the yellow luggage tags, no worries! You will need to claim your luggage at baggage claim and head to Disney's Magical Express Welcome Center. You can either have the motorcoach driver stow your luggage underneath as you ride to your resort or you can stop by the Welcome Center desk to check your bags there. The Cast Members will collect your resort confirmation information and send the bags over to your resort room for you.
