Hi there, Heather!
It is great to see you are thinking ahead, especially about your dining reservations. I have to say, eating is one of my favorite things about our Walt Disney World vacations. I always try to make reservations at a new restaurant or someplace that we've never eaten at before. You will be able to book your dining 180 days in advance from your arrival date.
Since you are staying in the newly re-imagined Disney Springs area, I'd like to offer some suggestions for some phenomenal dining in that area. I recently ate at several locations and was found some new favorites. If you like asian fusion, be sure to check out
Morimoto Asia. The restaurant atmosphere is stunning and the rock shrimp tempura appetizer is out of this world! Another fun spot was
The BOATHOUSE. The menu is filled with fresh seafood options. Here, you can also take a ride in an amphicar on the water. Lastly, I would recommend enjoying a snack on the go at
The Daily Poutine serving the Canadian classic of the same name in several different styles. The Daily Poutine is a kiosk quick service dining location, so no reservations are required.
Have a magical trip and feel free to stop by with more questions as your planning continues. We're here to help.
