I have a family of five. My three kids are 10, 8, and 5. We would like to go to WDW for one of the Star Wars weekend but I am having trouble finding a place to stay with 5 of us. We are on a bit of a budget any suggestion on Disney resorts??

    Hi Deidre!

My son and I just love Star Wars Weekends in Hollywood Studios!  We went for the first time in May 2010 and we had a blast!  I have three Resort suggestions for you and then an alternative option for you as well.  The first would be the Family Suites in All Star Music Value Resort.  This is a great Value Resort and the Family Suite rooms do sleep 5 people.  The second is a the Cabins at Fort Wilderness Resort.  The cabins sleep 6 people and have a kitchen as well, but they the are considered a Moderate Resort so the cabins are more expensive than a Value Resort.  The third recommendation is Port Orleans Resort Riverside which is a Moderate Resort.  There are some rooms which offer a trundle bed and sleep 5 people.  You would have to ask for this type of room when you book your vacation.  The alternate option would be to get two rooms at any Value Resort and then request adjoining rooms.  This last option might give you more room for about the same amount of money and each of your children would have their own bed.

I hope that you and your family have an amazing vacation filled with incredible memories on your next trip to Walt Disney World!

    Keep Dreaming Big!
