We are a family of five but grandparents will also be joining us on our next trip. When I call to make dining reservations, can I make them for all seven of us? Do I just need their resort confirmation number? We will be using the dining plan. Thanks!

Hi Alyssa! I love hearing from our Indiana guests since this is my state of residency as well!

It sounds like a fun trip planned for your family and love that you are extending it to the grandparents as well. Even though they are on a different reservation and have a different room you can still be the one to do all the dining reservations for the entire group.  When calling or doing this on line just simply state you have seven persons designating how many adults and how many children and their ages. (Only children have to state their ages thank heavens!) Please be aware that often you might be told that your party could be seated at two tables because of the size but most of the restaurants try very hard to keep you together.

When you are seated at a table the server will ask if you are on the dining plan and that is when you will need to state who is and who isn't. It is very easy and the dining plan gives you a chance to have your vacation paid for in advance leaving only the fun to be done when you arrive! Have a great time planning and let me know if there is anything else I can help you with.
