We are a family of five coming for two weeks in July staying at Carribean Beach. We have so many medical needs and would like to be near skyliner. I’m so worried. Can we request to be near skyliner. Two of the party have DAS.

Hi there, Margaret, thank you for bringing this question to me today. I hope I can help make your holiday practically perfect in every way!

One of my favourite parts of planning my pixie dusted adventure is choosing my home-away-from-home. Each Disney Resort Hotel I’ve stayed at has its own unique theming, and I love Caribbean Beach Resort for its fun coastal vibe. I always grab a cappuccino at Joffrey’s Coffee & Tea Company before taking flight on Disney Skyliner for a fun-filled day in the parks!

Margaret, I know it takes a little extra planning when your Guests have specific needs, but rest assured that Disney is dedicated to making holidays magical for all Guests. You might find this accessibility information helpful in planning your visit.

I’m pleased to share that, while it’s not guaranteed, Cast Members go to infinity and beyond to grant Guests' room requests! You may find it reassuring to phone the Disney Resort Hotel Reservations number to make the request before your trip. When you arrive at your home-away-from-home for your holiday, be sure to stop by the Front Desk to confirm your request as well.

Top Tip: Caribbean Beach Resort has such delicious dining options; be sure to stop by Sebastian's Bistro for a unique taste of the Caribbean. I recommend the Coconut-Pineapple Bread Pudding!

I hope this has helped bring a little reassurance for your upcoming trip, Margaret. If you have any more questions, come back and see me anytime at planDisney.

    Have a magical holiday,

    Abi
