My family of five will be booking fast passes soon. Do I have to book FP for each of us for the same rides or can I just book FP for myself and they can ride also? Thanks!

Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Josie!

I hope you are excited about the time-saving magic that pre-booking your FastPass+ will provide during your visit to the Walt Disney World Resort. I love planning my theme park days around my FastPass+ and dreaming up all the fun my family will have on our favorite attractions. It gets me so excited for our visits!

Josie, each guest will have to have an individual FastPass+ that will be scanned before entering the attraction in order to be able to skip the Stand By queue and use the FastPass+ entrance. So, be sure to book a FastPass+ for anyone that will be enjoying each attraction

You can also split your party up if you want to explore different attractions at the same time. And if there are any younger mousketeers that might not be ready to ride, you can consider using the Rider Switch service to take turns riding while still saving time with FastPass+.

Pro-Tip! Once your FastPass+ booking window opens, book the more popular attractions first. FastPass+ have limited availability, so you want to make sure to grab those coveted FP+ for newer, more popular attractions first then work your way to the rest of the attractions on your wish list. Think Toy Story Land and Pandora- the World of Avatar!

I hope this helps answer your question! Have fun planning and booking all your FastPass+. And don’t hesitate to come back and see us for more planning tips or advice.

    Wishing you a magical day,
