I have a family of five. Am I allowed to book a room for four, and bring an air mattress for the 5th, or have 3 sleep in a bed? If yes, how can I order a magic band for the 5th person? We already have tickets and do not need to purchase with our stay.

    Hi Amber.

Thanks so much for visiting the Disney Parks Moms Panel. I know you and your family are going to have a magical time at Walt Disney World Resort and I love how thorough you are being with your planning!

Unfortunately, due to safety reasons, fire codes, etc., you are not able to use an air mattress or have three sleep in one bed. The room occupancy cannot exceed the stated number of Guests.

However, there are oodles of accommodations created specifically for five Guests or more. I just picked a random date and added five Guests to a Resort hotel reservation to see what your options might be. Over 20 Resort hotels popped up as potential options. I recommend you look at your options and/or give a Cast Member a call in Resort Reservations at (407) 939-1936. Based on your dates, if you have challenges finding accommodations, you might also consider one of the Walt Disney World Good Neighbor Hotels. For more information, you can call (407) 939-5249. Another potential option is one of the Disney Springs Resort Area Hotels. Reservations can be made online or by calling (407) 939-7423.

I know you will find a great hotel to fit your needs!

Thanks so much for sharing your question with the Disney Parks Moms Panel. Please let me know if you need any other information as you plan your magical Walt Disney World Resort vacation!
