This will be my family first trip to disney world, we will be going on my son birthday I think that I might want to stay at either Pop Century or All Star Sports, I will have two littles boys ages 7 and 4 which Resort do you think that they might enjoy.

    Hi Renee,

You are about to experience so much magic with your first Walt Disney World Resort vacation, and we are so honored that you stopped in here at the Moms Panel to ask us a question! Your son is going to have the happiest of birthdays at the Happiest Place on Earth. We are so excited for you all.

Our family loves to stay at Disney's Value Resorts, and Disney's Pop Century is one of our favorites. We enjoy it because it's a Resort that makes the whole family smile. My husband and I love to walk through the "decades" and spot a few blasts from the past, while the kids enjoy the bright colors, great music, and awesome pool areas. The best part is that All Star Sports offers the same type of ambiance, so it really just depends on if your family will enjoy the sights of Pop History or Sports more. With 2 boys, All Star Sports might be a great option for you all.

One key factor for us when deciding between Resorts are the sizes of the rooms. We've found that the rooms at Pop Century are a bit larger than the rooms at All Star Sports. If having more room is important to your family, you may want to keep that in mind.

I hope this answered your question, Renee. If you have any more questions while planning your family's first vacation, please feel free to ask me at any time.

    Have a fantastical Disney day!
