My family is going on are first Disney Cruise in October to the Bahamas on the Disney Dream. I am a little confused about the second seating and Pirates Party. If we do second seat dining will we miss any of the Pirates Party? Also, on a three night cruis

    Hi Monica!

My family sailed on the Dream last month and had the second seating as well.  The Pirate Party is a little different on the Dream than it is on the Magic or Wonder.  On the Dream, there are technically two parties.  The first part is Pirates IN the Caribbean and is earlier at 8pm  This is geared towards kids.  We had to miss this party because we were at dinner.  The second part is Club Pirate and is pretty much a continuation of the earlier festivities.  After this show, the fireworks begin.  We had ample time to go back to our stateroom and change before heading up to see this show and fireworks.  There are plenty of things going on well into the night that missing the first part of the party won’t damper your evening.

    Have a magical day!
