My family of 4 & another family of 4 will be traveling to Disney World. I am new to the whole Disney fastpass. Should 1 person purchase all the tickets so we can reserve fastpass together or can we purchase tickets separately & still ride together?

    Hi Jamie!

I absolutely love answering questions for people who are new to Disney! I get so excited thinking of the amazing time you are about to have discovering all Walt Disney World has to offer.

Reserving FastPass+ experiences is free of charge and you will not need to worry about purchasing them. Here's the way it works: go to My Disney Experience and create an account. Under My Family & Friends, add all of the people you would like to include in your reservations. This applies to Advanced Dining Reservations, FastPass+ choices and more. If you would like all 8 people in your party to have the exact same FastPass+ experiences, I would recommend that one of you make the reservations for all 8 of your group in your My Disney Experience account. This would be the easiest way to make sure you are all scheduled for the same Rides and Attractions at exactly the same times. I'm happy you are taking advantage of FastPass+! It is the perfect way to make the very most of your time in the Parks.

Please let us know if we can do anything else for you. Have a magical Walt Disney World vacation and a wonderful day!
