Our family is so excited we will be visiting Disneyland for the first time next month, kids parents and grandparents! We were able to get tickets for Mickey's Halloween Party and are looking forward to wearing costumes. Is full face paint allowed?

Howdy, Susan! Yay! I am so excited that you and your whole family will be visiting the Disneyland Resort soon and attending Mickey's Halloween Party! This will most definitely be a trip to remember!

There are costume guidelines for Mickey's Halloween Party that all party goers should be aware of, but full face paint is absolutely allowed! I am so curious about what costumes you all will be wearing. I have seen Guests with masterful hitchhiking ghosts costumes and face paint in the past as well as a few dressed as Maleficent and Ursula with full face (and body) paint. Guests attending Mickey's Halloween Party are so creative and seeing everyone's costumes is a big part of the fun!

Remember that your Mickey's Halloween Party ticket grants you entry to both parks three hours before the start of the party, so feel free to head in early. You'll definitely want to explore the new decorations in Disney California Adventure Park this year. You might also desire some ghoulish delicacies like the Spoke-y Cone Macaron which is filled with marshmallow buttercream and candy corn and can be found at the Cozy Cone Motel (Cone 4) or The Most Dangerous Tacos in Galaxy which feature barbacoa beef and habanero salsa and can be found at Studio Catering Co.

I hope you all have a BOO-tiful time at the Spookiest Place on Earth this Halloween season!
