My family is excited to attend Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Party on 10/26! I'm considering tickets for the Happy HalloWishes Dessert Party that night, but want to make sure that I don't miss the Hocus Pocus show. What time is the show?

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Carrie! Mickey’s Not So Scary Halloween Party is my #1 most favorite special ticketed event at Walt Disney World Resort. Between the AMAZING Happy Hallowishes Fireworks to the incredible costumes you’ll see everywhere, there’s no more frightfully fun place to be!

The official 2018 brochures for Mickey’s Not So Scary Halloween Party aren’t out quite yet (you’ll see them published on the first night of the party), but you peruse the Halloween website to see what to expect. A helpful planning tool for future parties tends to be past party schedules, and Undercover Tourist keeps great records on their website of past showtimes, character appearances and more. You’ll be happy to know that in the past, The Sanderson Sisters have brewed up trouble a few times during the night. The Hocus Pocus Spelltacular (I get so excited just talking about it!) shows 2-3 times a night, around 8pm, just before 11pm, and possibly again at midnight. Wherever you are during the fireworks show, just know it’s my favorite spectacular in the sky at Walt Disney World, and you’ll be dancing along as soon as it starts!

If I can do any more to help you plan your upcoming vacations, please let me know. Keep in mind there are 999 happy haunts in Magic Kingdom… but there’s room for 1000... will you volunteer? ~ Lindsey P.
