My family has etickets only. The people are in my family and friend list on line but I can’t see them I’m the app and but the eticket numbers come up as invalid as they are longer than 12 digits when I try to add. Help!

    Hey howdy hey, Joyce!

Welcome to planDisney and thank you for coming to us with your question about Walt Disney World Resort theme park tickets. I hear you'll be visiting The Most Magical Place on Earth in just a couple more months - the countdown is on! There's no better time to visit because you'll be able to experience the Walt Disney World 50th Anniversary Celebration before it ends on March 31, 2023.

Joyce, I'm sorry to hear that you're having difficulty linking your Walt Disney World Resort theme park tickets and viewing your Family & Friends List in My Disney Experience. Let's see if we can resolve these issues for you so that you can continue planning your magical Disney day! Is it possible that you have multiple My Disney Experience accounts? Please be sure that you are logged into the same account whether you are accessing My Disney Experience via the webpage or from the mobile app. Your Family & Friends List should be identical in both applications, as long as you are using a single My Disney Experience account. If you are still experiencing issues after verifying that you are unable to view your Family & Friends List in the mobile app, please reach out to My Disney Experience for further assistance. You could also try manually linking your family and friends directly in the mobile app.

Next, let's work on linking your Walt Disney World Resort theme park tickets to your My Disney Experience account. I like to use the mobile app for this. When you open the app, the main menu will be displayed. From here, select "Tickets and Passes." Then, in the top right-hand corner of the screen, tap the "+" symbol, then tap "Link Tickets & Passes." Here, you will enter your ticket confirmation number (or ID code) and select "Submit." You should now see your theme park admission reflected in your My Disney Experience account. If after following these steps you are still unable to successfully link your ticket media, I encourage you to reach out to My Disney Experience for more help either via phone or the Chat With Us function in the mobile app.

Joyce, I hope that this information helps you to resolve your My Disney Experience difficulties. I wish you the very best with your vacation planning and hope you'll reach out to planDisney again with any follow-up questions you might have along the way.  Have a most magical visit, and thanks for stopping by!

    See ya real soon,

    Lauren
