    My family and I will be enjoying our first Disney Vacation this coming May 2012, and we weren't sure if we wanted to purchase the dining plan now. Is it possible to purchase the dining plan once we arrive?

    Rachel I am so excited about your first trip to Walt Disney World! Your family will create magical memories on this initial visit to the happiest place on earth.

    You should definitely take the time to figure out if the Disney Dining Plan is right for your family. This plan works best for families who want one Table Service meal and one Quick-Service meal per day. A snack for each person for each day is also included. Reservations for Table-Service meals are highly recommended so you would need to plan ahead for at least one meal a day. This can be overwhelming if you are not familiar with the parks but the Walt Disney World Moms Panel will help you if you decide to purchase the Disney Dining Plan.     You must purchase the Disney Dining Plan at least 48 hours before your arrival so you will have to decide before you leave if you want to add on this option.
