Our family will be enjoying our first Disney trip June 4-June 11. We have 2 active boys ages 6 and 9. We have 7 day passes with park hopper. We are staying at the All Sports Resort. Is there certain days that you recommend that we visit each park.

Congratulations on your upcoming FIRST vacation to Walt Disney World!

The first trip to WDW can seem overwhelming but with a well-planned itinerary, touring WDW can actually feel like a vacation rather than a mission to see and do everything. Seeing and doing everything? Don't even try!

You will want to make sure that you do all of your Must See attractions. Even with active boys, you'll all need an afternoon rest back at your resort. I've visited WDW during early June and want to mention that it's going to be hot and humid. Tour in the early morning to early afternoon, take a break to go swimming at your hotel and then return to the parks just before or after dinner.

So, if I were planning an itinerary for my family this is where we'd tour day:

June 4 Arrival (Epcot or Hollywood Studios)
    June 5 Magic Kingdom
June 6 Epcot, then Hollywood Studios in the evening
    June 7  Magic Kingdom
June 8 Animal Kingdom, then Epcot in the evening
    June 9 Epcot
June 10 Hollywood Studios, then Magic Kingdom in the evening
June 11Departure (Epcot or Magic Kingdom)
