If there is a family emergency at home, how can they contact us on the cruise?

Ahoy, Barbara, and welcome to planDisney!

I’m glad you sailed our way before you set sail on your Disney Cruise. Oh boy, it’s about time to board the ship! I’d be happy to share the information you need to leave with your loved ones in case you need to be contacted while traveling.

If your family or friends need to contact you during your Disney Cruise, they will need to know your ship's name and stateroom number. If your family members will be calling from the U.S., have them dial 1-888-322-8732. For international calls from shore to ship, the phone number is +1 732-335-3281. These phone calls are limited to ten minutes per call and there is a fee per minute.

Barbara, if your family members at home have iMessaging, you can send messages to one another while on the ship. Once onboard, put your phone in airplane mode and connect to the DCL Guest Wi-Fi to begin sending iMessages. You won’t be able to send photos or videos to one another, but messages can be sent to keep in touch.

I hope that helps you rest at ease as you embark on your upcoming voyage. It's my wish that everything is smooth sailing for your family. Have a vacation filled with memories and magic for everyone

    Bon Voyage,
