Hi Carrie,
Disney does celebrate Easter! Last year, Disney's Grand Floridian Resort & Spa had beautiful Easter eggs made out of chocolate on display in the lobby, while Disney's Contemporary Resort held it's annual Easter Egg Parade at Chef Mickey's. I've attached a great article, along with pictures, from the
Disney Parks Blog.
Mr. & Mrs. Easter Bunny are usually at Magic Kingdom and will meet their Guests that day, and even though the official announcement hasn't been made for 2017 yet, Epcot always has a fun
Easter egg hunt! Last year, Guests searched high and low for hidden Disney themed eggs throughout the park. I did it along with my family and we had a blast!
If you're looking to celebrate Easter with a religious service, last year they were held at Disney's Contemporary Resort. Many resorts also plan their own Easter activities, so please make sure to check at Guest Services to see what is being offered during the time that you're visiting.
It is a gorgeous time of year at Walt Disney World, and I hope that you enjoy it. Thanks for visiting the Moms Panel. Have a magical day!
