Hi Patrick!
Disney is always coming up with wonderful ways to enjoy the parks and property during your Walt Disney World vacation. Last year I also enjoyed the
Early Morning Magic special event in Fantasyland of the Magic Kingdom theme park. It was great to be able to ride over and over again the Seven Dwarfs Mine Train and then end with a scrumptious breakfast. All of this before even the first guest entered the park.
For a short while they also offered a similar opportunity in the Hollywood Studios. This is not being offered at the moment but things come and go and return every day so the best advice is to keep watching. I was interested in doing this in the fall so will keep hoping the Hollywood Studios experience returns.
In the meantime always check for the
Extra Magic Hours offered on different days in the parks. If you can head to one early before it opens you will be able to get quite a bit done before the lines for the attractions form. But if you choose to do this remember to arrive at a park way before it opens for the Extra Magic Hour as the lines get long and by the time you get through security and the queue you might lose 30 minutes of that hour. The early bird certainly gets the shorter lines when you talk about Walt Disney World.
The late hours are also great but families with younger children find that it is hard to keep them interested and awake late at night.
