my family and I are going to DW for the fisrt time and i was wondering if the homemade ice cream sandwichs are still part of the dining plan

    Hi Jodie!

How exciting that you'll be making your First Trip to Walt Disney World!

The Disney Dining Plan is an excellent addition to your Magic Your Way Vacation Plan. I can't imagine a trip without it!

Delicious, homemade ice cream sandwiches are indeed available as a Snack Credit on the Disney Dining Plan! Made from two, huge, freshly baked cookies smooshing hand-scooped ice cream in the middle, they're practically a meal replacement! ;) One treat could easily feed two, however you won't catch me sharing mine! At some locations, you can even customize your creation by choosing your cookie type AND ice cream flavour!

You'll find these scrumptious goodies at the following locations throughout the parks:

    Magic Kingdom:
    Main Street Bakery
    Sleepy Hollow Refreshments

    Epcot:
    Fountainview Cafe

    Hollywood Studios:
    Hollywood Scoops

    Animal Kingdom:
Dino Bite Snacks in DinoLand USA

I hope you'll write me back again soon with more great questions as you plan your family's Magical Walt Disney World vacation Jodie!
