    Hi! My family is driving from SC to WDW 5/19/13-5/24/13. We purchased tickets for 5 days. Do you suggest we drive down on the 19th and visit one park after we get there or should we change our tickets to 4 days?

    Hi Jennifer!!!

    You have selected a wonderful time to visit the Walt Disney World Resort!!  You can expect manageable crowds and beautiful weather.  

    I would recommend driving down on May 19th and visiting a theme park the day you arrive.  You should have a reasonable drive from South Carolina (I drive from North Georgia.)  This will allow you to fully maximize your vacation.  I would, however, recommend not staying out too late that first evening so you do not start the next day tired.  It seems like that is easily a domino effect for future days!  

    Also, there isn't much of a difference price wise between a four and five day Magic Your Way Ticket, so that is another reason I say to squeak out a fifth day!
