Hello there! My family and I are driving in from San Diego on Sunday July 21st for a short visit (one night only). We have a reservation at the Grand Resort Hotel, but we cannot check-in until 3:00. Can we pickup our tickets upon our arrival that a.m.?

    Hey, howdy, hey, Todd!

It sounds like you have a Vacation Package at the Disneyland Resort reserved. And that sounds amazing! Yes, you are certainly permitted to arrive earlier than your check-in time at Disney's Grand Californian Hotel & Spa and start that magical visit sooner. Your theme park tickets included with your vacation package will be available for pickup any time beginning your scheduled arrival date. Though your room is not guaranteed to be available prior to the regular check-in time, you may still check in and pick up your room keys. The hotel will send you a message letting you know when your room is ready for you.

I’ve made that beautiful coastal drive from San Diego to the Disneyland Resort several times. I love combining the amazing ocean view with my excitement and anticipation of getting closer to the Happiest Place on Earth! Depending on how early you arrive at your Disneyland Resort Hotel, you are even welcome to take advantage of Extra Magic Hour early admission the morning you check in. That’s one of my favorite benefits of staying at a Disneyland Resort Hotel. All you need is your hotel room key to begin taking advantage of many of the amenities available to hotel guests. If you happen to be staying in club-level accommodations, that includes access to the beautiful Veranda, the hotel’s exclusive concierge lounge, where guests can enjoy drinks, snacks and more in an elegant and peaceful location overlooking the hotel courtyard.

I hope you have a magical vacation at the Disneyland Resort, Todd!
