Me and my family are driving to disney world and want to make the most of our first day so we want to arrive before park opening but i know my room will more than likely not be ready is there anything to do or hang out before park opening adr's.

    Hi Danielle,

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! I love that you are planning to arrive early!

First, I recommend that you do online check-in prior to arrival and sign-up to receive notifications via text message. If you do, you can go exploring and will receive a text message when your room is ready. That message will indicate the location of your room.

If you have time, I suggest that you visit Disney Springs. Early in the morning, I love to stop by Starbucks® and enjoy my favorite beverage. Just check the hours prior to heading over there. Or, you could grab coffee and a snack at your resort, explore the grounds, find the pool and gift shops.

Danielle, depending on the time of your arrival, you could just drop off your luggage at the bell services desk and then head to the park. Check the park hours for the dates of your visit. When we have pre-park opening advanced dining reservations, we have been able to enter the park a few minutes early. I love walking to the restaurant through an almost empty park. Remember that Magic Kingdom has the Let the Magic Begin show and guests can enter one hour prior to park opening to enjoy the shops on Main Street, U.S.A.

    Happy Planning!

Magic, memories and Minnie Mouse hugs,
    Donyell
