Hi, our family will be doing the 7 night Halloween on the High Seas on the Disney Wonder October 3rd-10th, 2026 with a toddler and a baby. We were wondering if you have the itinerary for which nights have shows, and which nights we dress up for? Thanks!

Hello, Carissa! Welcome to planDisney, where my pals and I are happy to chat about the best ways to vacation with Disney!

I have such fond memories of sailing when my children were younger, particularly on a Halloween on the High Seas itinerary on the Disney Wonder, and I can't wait for your sailing crew to experience it all. You are in for some frightful fun!

I reached out to Disney Cruise Line, and they said that the plans for your sailing are still brewing, so while I don't have a detailed schedule to share, I can give you a brief overview of what to expect for your cruise. Your 7-night sailing to Mexico will likely include an Optional Dress-Up night (think formal or semi-formal attire), a Pirate Night, and a night where Halloween costumes are encouraged for trick-or-treating and a Halloween deck party on the ship. That's a lot to plan for and a whole lot of excitement.

On Pirate Night, you'll encounter many a seadog among the ship as your fellow guests get into the spirit of things in their pirate attire for the buccaneer bash onboard. Prepare for themed games, activities, Disney Characters in their pirate best, and even a special dinner menu to celebrate the evening.

You can check back with us at planDisney or with Disney Cruise Line via online chat or phone call in a couple of months to see if they have more to share about which night is scheduled for Pirate Night, the Dress-Up night, and the Halloween celebration.

Onboard the Disney Wonder, you can expect to enjoy three Broadway-style shows put on by the talented cast and crew of the Walt Disney Theatre. The show schedule won't be available until you step aboard the ship and connect to the Disney Cruise Line Navigator app. That's when the Daily Activity Schedule will be available to view. In addition to the shows, you might see guest performers (such as a magician, variety act, etc.) or movie nights planned in the Walt Disney Theatre on the schedule. There will be something to look forward to every night.

One more tip before I go, please look over all that Disney Cruise Line offers when traveling with little ones. I hope you feel like pampered royalty throughout your sailing!

If you have additional questions, you know where to find us! We'll be here to help.

    Have a magical sailing,

    Adrianna
