    Hello! Our family will be going to DLand CA one October weekend for one day each, we aren’t doing the trick or treating so we’re going around that event. Will there be any issues if my 9yo wears a costume with face paint? He really wants to go as miguel!

    Children under the age of 14 are welcome to wear costumes and face paint as long as their eyes are not covered. If you have any concerns, just check the Disneyland Resort dress guidelines. I just love your son's enthusiasm for wanting to dress up as Miguel from Coco. He is going to look so adorable.

    Since you are fans of this fantastic heartfelt film, you absolutely must visit Plaza de la Familia in Disney California Adventure Park. Here you can enjoy entertainment and food inspired by the film itself. I love the photo ops, Mariachi music, and delicious Mexican fare. New this year you can also see a hand-crafted Miguel make its debut during A Musical Celebration of Coco. Along Pixar Pier in Disney California Adventure Park you can also find nods to this film. I know you are just going to love these experiences. Make sure you take plenty of pictures!
