Hello! My family has a Disneyland vacation planned for July and we have tickets for multiple days. My question is should I wait till all the days we want to visit the park are available to make reservations or reserve the days as they come open?

    Hi Jen, welcome to planDisney!

Right off the bat, I want to tell you to book your theme park reservations as they become available! Reservations are fluid and constantly changing, so I highly recommend you book the days that are available now! I just took a peek at the Theme Park Reservation Availability Calendar and looks like all days in the month of July 2022, are available for both Disneyland Park and Disney California Adventure Park to book through July 27, 2022. You can always make changes to your reservations by logging in to your Disneyland Resort account, so no worries if you need to make updates in the future!

And speaking of advanced reservations, dining reservations can be booked up to 60 days in advance. I highly recommend you mark your booking window in your calendar and secure your dining reservations as soon as your window opens. The popular dining locations (such as Oga's Cantina at Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge) get booked almost immediately, so plan ahead!

Last but certainly not least, something to look forward to as you plan your magical vacation, the Disneyland Resort is bringing back its nighttime spectaculars on April 22, 2022! The Main Street Electrical Parade and Disneyland Forever fireworks will be returning to Disneyland Park, and World of Color will be returning to Disney California Adventure Park!

Although your trip is still a bit away, if you have more questions, please visit us again!

    See ya real soon!
