Hi, there!
Welcome to planDisney, Jasmine. I'm so glad you stopped by with this great question! And I'm so happy to hear you're planning a visit to the
Disneyland Resort this Fall. Your family is sure to make lots of magical memories together!
The
official Disneyland Resort rules state that wagons and stroller wagons are not permitted in the theme parks, but they can be marked as a wheelchair in some instances. At this time, that designation can only be made in person. You'll need to stop by
Guest Relations when you arrive at the first theme park you plan to visit. They'll chat with you about your son's unique needs and make a determination about your wagon. Once you have the appropriate identifying tag attached to your wagon, though, it can be used for the rest of your stay.
I recommend reaching out to
Disability Services before your arrival with any other specific questions you may have. They want your kiddo to have a safe and magical experience at the Disneyland Resort! They'll be happy to chat with you about your concerns ahead of your visit. Disability Services can be reached by calling (407) 560-2547 or by emailing disability.services@disneyland.com.
I hope this was helpful, Jasmine. Please visit us again soon with any new questions you may have about your visit to the Disneyland Resort! We'd love to help you plan a magical stay.
