Hello Adriana, thank you for bringing your important question to planDisney!
The Disneyland Resort is committed to ensuring an inclusive and welcoming environment for all Guests, and
Disability Access Service (DAS) is intended to accommodate Guests who have a developmental disability such as autism or similar.
You are able to have a
conversation with a Cast Member prior to your visit to determine eligibility, and you're able to speak with a Cast Member via live video up to 30 days in advance of your visit. I highly recommend speaking with a Cast Member to discuss your individual situation for your family. The Cast Member will be able to help determine which services may be appropriate to support the visit for you and your family.
I also recommend exploring all of the
great resources on the Disneyland site so you're fully prepared for your trip! There are several pre-arrival resources as well as downloadable guides for Guests.
If you will be visiting soon, I hope you get to enjoy all of the magic of
Holiday Time! Whether it's riding "it's a small world" Holiday or trying some tasty bites at the Disney Festival of Holidays, there are so many ways to get into the holiday spirit.
I'm wishing you and your family a wonderful vacation, Adriana! Please
come back to planDisney if we can help with any other questions.
Have a magical day!
Melissa
