Hello. My family will be going to Disneyland in June with 5 days at park. My mother in law was kind enough to purchase tickets and send QR confirmation. I’m now trying to link my ticket on the Disney App, but can’t figure how. Confirm code/QR doesn’t work

Hello, Olivia! Thank you for taking the time to send in your question to the planDisney team. It sounds like you are planning the ultimate trip this summer! I'm happy to help.

The QR code is the park reservation attached to the ticket, so you won't use it for linking purposes. You will find the ticket numbers in the email confirmation that your mother-in-law sent. It should contain the numbers just above the button directing you to "Access Your eTickets." You can manually type in the ticket barcode numbers to link the tickets, and it's all done via the Disneyland Mobile app under the Tickets and Passes section. It's also possible that you have already linked your theme park tickets without realizing it. If so, you will see them displayed here in the app. If you're still not having success, try calling Disneyland Ticketing at (714) 781-4636.

If you haven't done so already, consider adding Disney Genie+ Service to some of those five Disneyland Resort Park days! It is an optional add-on service that allows you to bypass the standby queue for select attractions. It can save you valuable time if you know how to use it wisely. Visit the Disneyland website for some helpful video tutorials.

Please stop by planDisney again, Olivia, if you have any more trip planning questions. Have a magical time!
